History
The founder of ETS brings more than 20 years of recruiting experience across military, government contracting, and private-sector environments. As the owner and founder of ETS, he began his recruiting career by completing the U.S. Army’s Basic Recruiter Course at Fort Jackson, SC. Over the next 16 years, he specialized in recruiting new soldiers and conducting in-service recruiting for highly qualified and specialized military personnel.
Following his military career, the founder transitioned into the government contracting sector, where he held various leadership and operational roles, including Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Proposal Coordinator, supporting several small businesses.
In August 2021, he founded ETS with a commitment to connect organizations with qualified talent. Since its establishment, he has partnered with numerous companies to identify and provide skilled candidates who align with their staffing needs and organizational goals.
